If you purchase from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to any applicable exclusions.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used where the product is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Please contact us before sending any items back so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
We take great care when preparing and packing every Ivy Cottage Soap order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where possible, a photograph showing the problem. We’ll work with you to put things right and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll let you know that your refund has been processed.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
